Services

We Help clients clear their psychological blocks, reach their goals, and experience peace of mind. Most people are able to get into a hypnotic state, and once there can be guided to rebuild more positive ways of dealing with situations which in the past might have caused distress. We do not require the client to relive the situation thus avoiding the possibility of re-traumatizing. We can also help clients with bad habits, Phobias, and irrational fears.

Why Hypnosis?

Compared with traditional therapeutic systems, the results obtained by relatively brief Hypnotherapy sessions are often faster, more effective and longer lasting. This is the reason why so many professionals already in the healing arts are implementing Hypnosis within their practices.

Hypnotherapy is recognized by the United States Department of Labor, including listing in the Dictionary of Occupational Titles (079.157-010). Hypnotherapy is also approved for career training by the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and other agencies.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a state of mind which everyone is capable of achieving. It is a measurable state (THETA) that we all go into before we fall asleep completely or before we wake up completely. When properly induced by a trained professional hypnosis produces a wonderful state of relaxation, during which your inner mind is able to reached directly, even though you are consciously aware of what you are doing. You are aware of everything the hypnotherapist says while you are hypnotized. Hypnosis is known by a number of different names including Meditation, Medical Relaxation, Guided Imagery, all of which are the same neurological state.
